We care about your satisfaction, we provide the highest quality eye-care products, professional service, fast delivery, the most affordable prices and with a user-friendly online interface. 
 
We have easy 14 days Returns Policy, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to MYspecs within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusion below:
 
 
Returns & Exchange Policy
 
Please read all the conditions below, if any conditions are not met, Myspecs.my reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
  1. All returned items must be returned within 14 days of received, together with proof of purchase receipt.
  2. All returned items must be unused and unopened (for contact lenses) with all original Tags/Labels attached, with no scratch, damage or breakage of any kind.
  3. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
 
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be exchanged with the same purchased item. Defective items subject to condition by contacting us (viaWatsapps/ Wechat 013-8000 444).
 
Non-returnable items
 a) Opened box, damaged box, Tags/Labels removed. (Pic1)

 

 b) All returned items that are different from initial delivered/purchased items including
    Brand, Power, Batch Number, Expiry Date, BC, DIA, Color and etc.
 
Refund Policy
  1.  Once we receive and inspect your item(s) subject to condition, we will credit into your account. Please allow 14 business days for credits to appear in your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  2. MYspecs can only refund the original purchase price.
  3. Refund is available for all products, EXCEPT prescription glasses.
 
 
 Terms & Conditions – Affiliate Program

By signing up to be an affiliate in Affiliate Program you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Any amendments, modifications, enhancements or changes to the Program including the release of new features and resources made available by us from time to time shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time.

Any violation of these Terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate referral fee payments earned during the violation.

 

Account Registration & Terms

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign up process for an Affiliate account.

 

You must be 18 years of age or older to join this Program.

 Each account is for use by either a single legal entity  or an individual user. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. Responsibility for the security of any user names and passwords issued rests with you.

 

You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Program, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

Referral Links & Promotion

 Once you have signed up for the Program you will be provided with a URL link that must be used to identify you when placing a link from your site, email or other communications. It is your responsibility to ensure each such link is correctly formatted
